Delighted fans of The Snuts have claimed Sir Rod Stewart made a surprise appearance at the band's gig in Glasgow.
The popular Scottish band were 'joined' by the star at their concert at the Barrowland Ballroom on Tuesday, February 27.
Following it, fans of the group took to social media to share their excitement about the appearance.
One said: "You're telling me I've just seen Rod Stewart at the Barras at The Snuts gig?"
Another said: "Rod Stewart coming out at The Snuts was about the last thing I expected to see tonight."
A third chimed: "Rod Stewart on stage singing Maggie May at The Snuts, no way."

However, after buzzing fans revealed the huge star was spotted at the show, top lawyer Aamer Anwar refuted the claims saying 'Rod was fake'.
In a social media post, he said: "Tonight The Snuts played iconic 'Barrowland Ballroom' and led the crowd with chants before 'Rod Stewart' came on and left after one song with the chants ringing in his ears.
"Turned out Rod was fake."
It is unclear whether it was the real Rod Stewart at the show.
