A post office near Glasgow has been closed 'until further notice' after a blaze broke out in the store.
Inchinnan Post Office on Greenock Road in Renfrew announced the tragic news on social media yesterday (Friday, March 1).
In the post, the shop revealed that they had a fire at the premises.
Due to this, they said 'it is with great sadness' that due 'to the damage' the post office has been closed 'until further notice'.
In the social media post, Inchinnan Post Office said: "It is with great sadness that we have had a fire at the shop today and we have been greatly upset by this.
"Therefore we have had to close the business until further notice due to the damage.
"We will let you all know once we have more info on when we will be open back up.
