Two men have been arrested after being seen acting 'suspiciously' near Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Officers say they were initially deployed to manage a protest in the city centre, however, after leaving the demonstration they then saw two men 'acting suspiciously' on Carlton Place.
Following that, the pair were searched.
After that, arrests were made in connection with alleged drug offences, possession of a weapon, and breaching bail.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Yesterday morning was a busy one for the Greater Glasgow Divisional Violence Reduction Unit.
"Initially deployed to manage a protest in the city centre, on leaving this, officers then saw two males acting suspiciously on Carlton Place.
"Both searched and arrested for drugs offences, possession of a weapon and breaching bail - custody."
