A MAN was caught with intimate pictures of a woman and her daughter on his mobile phone.
Elvis Victor Dube, 32, came across the images after borrowing the woman's laptop and saved them for himself.
Dube had accessed their unrestricted iCloud accounts on the MacBook and informed the woman of his discovery.
He was later caught after police searched his phone following a separate matter.
Dube pleaded guilty to sending sexual written communication to the woman.
He also admitted two charges of voyeurism at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
The charges span between January and July 2021.
The court heard that Dube was loaned the laptop by his victim in late 2020.
Dube contacted the woman on January 11 to say that he had found private photographs.
The woman then asked for the laptop to be returned.
The court was told of a series of messages which Dube then sent to the woman.
These included: "That might make things awkward", "Easy for you to say, try telling that to my throbbing c*** but yeah probs for the best" and "you are so creative, it's refreshing."
After receiving the messages, the woman was placed in a state of alarm and distress.
Dube was arrested on July 17 for another matter when his phone was seized and searched by officers.
Prosecutor Siobhan Currie said: "During the search, there were intimate pictures of the woman found.
"She was only wearing underwear and was lying kneeling on a bed.
"A large number of images of the woman's daughter were found."
This included 50 pictures and two videos of the woman's daughter in her underwear.
There were further videos of the woman performing sexual acts with an unknown man.
Miss Currie said: "It is the accepted position that all the images and videos were found on his mobile phone.
"They were originally on the laptop that was loaned to him by the woman.
"The laptop had unrestricted iCloud access to both of their accounts.
"They were screenshotted by him or emailed to his own phone."
Dube was arrested and replied no comment to the charges.
The hearing was told that Dube has previous convictions which are non-analogous.
Sentence was deferred pending background reports until next month by Sheriff Gerard Considine.
Dube is now subject to sex offenders register requirements and was granted bail meantime.
