A Coronation Street favourite will lead the cast at Bonnie & Clyde The Musical in Glasgow.
Catherine Tyldesley, known for her roles in the soap and Strictly Come Dancing, will make her musical theatre debut as Blanche Barrow.
The show, which was winner of the Best New Musical at the What'sOnStage Awards 2023, will play at Glasgow's King’s Theatre from April 16 to 20.
Danny Hatchard, familiar from Eastenders, Our Girl, and Ridley Road, is also making his debut in musical theatre and will share the role of Clyde with Alex James-Hatton.
Joining them on stage are Katie Tonkinson as Bonnie Parker and Sam Ferriday as Marvin "Buck" Barrow.
Additionally, renowned R&B and Soul singer-songwriter Jaz Ellington will perform as The Preacher at selected venues.
Supporting them will be AJ Lewis and Hana lchijo, sharing the roles of The Preacher and Alternate Bonnie/Trish/Ensemble, respectively.
Daniel Reid-Walters will star as Ted Hinton.
The production team is made up of Jay Green as company manager, Robert Fletcher as stage manager, and Katie Balmforth as deputy stage manager, among others.
Following two successful seasons in London's West End, the Glasgow tour stop has sparked high anticipation.
A West End cast album was released in July, now available on all streaming platforms.
Bonnie & Clyde The Musical, directed and choreographed by Nick Winston, tells the electrifying story of two small-town kids from the middle of nowhere who became America's biggest folk heroes.
The play features music by multi-Grammy, Tony and Emmy award nominated Frank Wildhorn, lyrics by Tony and Oscar winner Don Black, and a book by Emmy Award nominee Ivan Menchell.
