A Celtic player said goodbye to one Glasgow restaurant after his new signing was announced.
Liel Abada, 22, stopped at La Lanterna in Glasgow city centre after his £8million move to MLS side Charlotte FC was confirmed.
On Instagram, the Italian eatery said: "La Lanterna said buon viaggio to one of its regular customers the other day.
"But before crossing the Atlantic, Liel Abada popped in to say goodbye.
"Buona fortuna in America."

The Israeli winger joined Celtic in July 2021 and played a key role under Ange Postecoglou - winning five out of six domestic trophies available.
