A huge 80s singer-songwriter is set to host a concert in Glasgow this year.
Midge Ure will perform at the city's Royal Concert Hall on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, as part of his Catalogue: The Hits Tour.
The new tour will give the star the opportunity to showcase the musical 'breadth and versatility' of his extensive song catalogue written during the past 50 years.
He is known for his hits including Breathe, Call of the Wild, Dear God, and many more.
Announcing the show, Midge said: “I performed live long before I was ever allowed anywhere near a recording studio and as much as I love spending time writing and recording, live music remains my first love.
"This ‘Catalogue’ tour will allow me to not only play a wide selection of hits from my past but perform some of the most requested favourites.
"Revisiting these moments from my musical life is something I am really looking forward to sharing”.
Tickets for the event will go on sale on Friday, March 22, at 10am.
