The gig will take place on October 10 at the popular city centre venue.
It comes after the Love Is All Around hitmakers played the same venue earlier this year.
Speaking on the 2025 tour, founding member Graeme Clark said: "To be back playing live, in the band I love, playing the songs I love, to people I love, completely fills my heart and soul.
"We can’t wait to see everybody again throughout 2025 in a venue close by. Simply put, these shows are not to be missed."
Kevin Simm added: "It’s so exciting to be going back out on tour throughout 2025! Our recent concerts created some fantastic memories for us all and it was an incredible experience that I will never ever forget - I can’t wait."
