A new nursery is set to open in Glasgow's East End.
Carrick Nursery Ltd, a company based in the city, was given permission to take over a disused gymnasium.
The building at 121 Hamilton Road was previously home to Sapphire Gymnastics, a charity which provides affordable classes to children.
According to documents, the institution will also place new signage on the site.

Inside the nursery, two main rooms are planned, which will accommodate 79 children, 12 babies and 15 members of staff.
A kitchen, staff room and toilets are also proposed.
There is a former gym, which will provide an opportunity to expand in the future.
Development will begin in the next three years.
