A person has been rushed to hospital following an incident in Glasgow today.
We reported that Castlemilk Drive was closed between Ardencraig Terrace and Ardmaleish Road with cops in attendance.
This was due to a road traffic collision.
The force revealed that the incident involved 'a number' of vehicles.
A driver was taken to hospital and an investigation has been launched.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.40am on Sunday, March 24, 2024 we were made aware of a crash involving a number of vehicles on Castlemilk Drive, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and one of the drivers was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
