Silverburn revealed it is set to open a third new retailer this spring.
Costa Coffee is moving from its existing unit in the Pollok shopping centre to a larger space in late April.
Bosses hope this move will provide coffee enthusiasts with a better experience and more space to relax and socialise with friends.
As well as this, a brand-new food outlet will move into the former Costa space.
Pretzel vendor Mr Pretzel is taking over the empty unit adding another option to Silverburn's food and drink offerings.
It comes after we reported that travel money shop eurochange opened on Monday, March 18 and electric car showroom Polestar officially opened on Friday, March 22.
This is part of a series of new store openings and moves announced within the centre, with more to come.
Silverburn's general manager David Pierotti said: "As Silverburn continues to evolve and expand, these latest brand additions underscore our commitment to delivering an exceptional retail and leisure experience for our guests.
“It has already been a busy year for new brands at Silverburn, and we have more exciting announcements to come.
"We look forward to welcoming everyone to experience everything we have to offer throughout 2024.”
