UPDATE: Wingate Street is now open.
Glasgow First buses have been blocked by 'emergency services' this morning.
Wingate Street in Wishaw is currently blocked due to the presence of 999 crews in the area.
As a result, its 242 service is diverting to Motherwell via Glencairn Avenue, Glencleland Road, and Meadowhead Road.
The reason for the emergency presence has not been revealed, but we have contacted Police Scotland for comment.
