A city centre lunch spot could open a new restaurant in Glasgow's West End.
Kokoro currently operates on Sauchiehall Street in the city centre, selling such, bento boxes and Asian-inspired hot food.
Now, the company lodged a planning application to open a second, smaller venue on Byres Road.
The new location would take over a vacant unit, which was formerly owned by William Porteous & Co Ltd.
According to the documents, the original site has been "successful and well-received", prompting the move.
The company is looking to serve customers "looking for a more healthy alternative to the day-to-day pasta, sandwiches or salads".

Inside, the decor would be "clean, fresh and well-presented".
The bid is looking to put up signage, make internal changes and change the use of the building.
Glasgow City Council planning officials are considering the application and a decision is expected by Thursday, May 23.
