Cops have provided an update after an 'incident' on a busy street near Glasgow.
We previously reported that Main Street in Lennoxtown was shut to all traffic on Monday afternoon (April 1).
It comes after police say they had been called to an alleged disturbance in the area.
During the situation, the road was closed for several hours.
Now, police have revealed a 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 11.50am on Monday, April 1, 2024, police were called to the Main Street area of Lennoxtown, following a report of a disturbance.
"A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
