A well-established restaurant has been listed for sale after mysteriously 'closing'.
Bel Cibo in Paisley has entered the market with a leasehold guide price of £49,000.
The restaurant confirmed it would be closed back in February due to illness, but there was mystery surrounding its reopening date.
Google results also list the Glasgow Road venue as 'permanently closed'.
Now the eatery has been put up for sale by the Business Sales Agency.
It is described as a "well-established and fully equipped licensed restaurant and takeaway" which is ideal for both sit-in and delivery trade.
While it is currently specialising in Italian food, the space could cater for a range of different world cuisines.
The business comes with full class 3 hot food consent and seating for 30 covers.
It is ideally located near Paisley's town centre and has ample on-street parking.
