Glasgow train services were left disrupted due to an emergency incident last night.
ScotRail said 999 crews were dealing with an incident between Croy and Polmont.
Due to this, services between Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh via Falkirk High faced being cancelled, delayed, or revised.
The incident took place shortly after 9.30pm on Wednesday, April 3, however, it is currently unknown what it was.
The travel firm said services returned to normal shortly after 11pm.
The British Transport Police has been contacted for comment.
