A major Glasgow road will be closed from tomorrow for works.
Victoria Road in the city's Southside will be shut between the junctions of Allison Street and Queens Drive.
This closure will be continuous from 8am on Tuesday, April 9 until 5pm on Thursday, April 11.
Delays are to be expected during this time and road users are urged to try to avoid the area if they can.
Glasgow City Council roads department says: "To facilitate essential carriageway resurfacing works, Victoria Road requires to be closed between the junctions of Allison Street and Queens Drive.
"The closure will be in place continuously from Tuesday, April 9, 2024 (8am) to Thursday, April 11, 2024 (5pm).
"Delays are to be expected and drivers are advised to use alternative routes where possible."
