A TEEN has been arrested in connection with an alleged police chase which ended in a crash.
The alleged incident took place on Saturday at around 11am on Underwood Road in Paisley.
Cops stated they attempted to stop a car on the road, which led to a short pursuit and ended when the car crashed on Underwood Road at Caledonia Street.

Now, a 17-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with apparent road traffic and drug offences.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sherriff Court on Monday, April 8.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Shortly after 11am on April 6, police attempted to stop a car on Underwood Road, Paisley, in connection with road traffic offences.
"A short pursuit took place, which came to an end when the car crashed on Underwood Road at Caledonia Street.
“A 17-year-old male youth has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic and drug offences.
“He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on April 8, and a report will be sent to the relevant authorities.”
