A MAN with scissors threatened passengers on a Glasgow bus.
Kevin Forsyth, 35, boarded a bus on Jamaica Street in the city centre on May 13, 2022.
He and other passengers took their seats at the rear of the vehicle.
Later, Forsyth, of Carnwadric, started to talk to them. The court heard he asked where they were from and how long they have been here.
Then, he became frustrated and aggressive.
From his bag, he grabbed blue hairdressing scissors and said “I killed somebody”.
The passengers were in fear and unsure of what he wanted.
Forsyth said: “When you get off the bus, I want to get off with you.”
He then put the scissors back in his pocket.
The fiscal depute said the passengers saw officers on Thornliebank Road and reported the incident.
Later, he was arrested, cautioned and charged.

He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after he pleaded guilty to threatening the passengers while in possession of a weapon.
Sheriff Allan McKay said: “I will take into account that you have been in good behaviour in the last six months.”
Forsyth was fined £450.
