A BUSY Glasgow shopping centre is set to host an exciting event this week.
Popular Glasgow fiction author CS Duffy will host a book event in the St Enoch Centre on Saturday, April 13.
The event will be held to promote the launch of her new series Chances Are - a collection of romantic novels with a dark twist.
During it, the author will share what inspires her writing, her love for Glasgow - the setting for all her books - and more with Outlander actor Kirsty Strain.
On top of that, attendees will have the chance to put their questions to the author of the popular fantasy series The Shadow City and crime novels Dark of Night, and have their book signed.
The event will take place on the top floor of the centre, opposite the newly opened Wagamama.
It will start at 10.30am, with a Q&A being run until 11.30am, followed by a book signing.
CS Duffy said: “Glasgow features heavily in my books, so I wanted somewhere that truly represents the vibrant and dynamic city to hold this event. St Enoch Centre was the obvious choice.
“As an author, there is no better feeling than connecting with your readers – I can’t wait to share more about the writing process and meet fans of the books!”
George Reader, St Enoch centre director, said: “We are thrilled to host Glasgow's own literary talent, CS Duffy, here at St Enoch Centre.
"It is the perfect example of our commitment to bringing exclusive, premium experiences to continuously delight, entertain and inspire our customers.
"Mark your calendars for April 13!”
