BONNIE and Clyde The Musical has officially kicked off its run at the King's Theatre this week.
The show features Coronation Street favourite Catherine Tyldesley (who played Eva Price in the hit soap) as Blanche, Katie Tonkinson (Bat Out of Hell) as Bonnie, Sam Ferriday (The Cher Show) as Buck, and Alex James-Hatton (Newsies, Heathers) as Clyde.
The show, which begins on Tuesday, April 16, centres on Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, the ill-fated lovers and outlaws whose story has been infamous since they achieved folk hero status during the Great Depression.

The production features music by Tony nominee Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll and Hyde), lyrics by Tony and Oscar winner Don Black (Sunset Boulevard), and is directed and choreographed by Nick Winston.
The show will run in the city until April 20.
Shows between Tuesday and Saturday will take place at 7.30pm, with matinee performances on Wednesday and Saturday at 2.30pm.
The role of Clyde will be performed by Nate Landskroner (Waitress, Heathers) in matinee performances. Lauren Jones will play the role of Bonnie at the Saturday matinee.
