It comes after we reported ScotRail has issued an urgent travel warning for fans heading to the Scottish Cup semi-final in Glasgow today.
The travel operator has said due to the line being closed between Airdrie and Bathgate at Caldercruix, fans heading to the game should use alternative Edinburgh to Glasgow routes.
The line has been shut after a sinkhole has swallowed part of the track.
The match will see Rangers take on Hearts at Hampden Park at 3pm.
