A person was hospitalised following a crash in Kirkintilloch.
As the Glasgow Times reported earlier, police locked down A803 Glasgow Road following the collision.
Officers were pictured at the scene as they recovered the two vehicles.
Now, the Scottish Ambulance Service has confirmed that one person was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.

A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call to attend a road traffic collision on the A803 Glasgow Road in Kirkintilloch.
"An ambulance and paramedic response unit were dispatched to the scene and one patient was transported to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.”
