A man died after a fire broke out at a West End flat.
As the Glasgow Times reported earlier today, 999 crews rushed to Polwarth Street around 6.30am this morning.
Four appliances and a high-reach vehicle were sent to the scene to tackle the flames.
Now, Police Scotland has confirmed that a man died following the incident.

Firefighters have since left the scene and a Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson has confirmed that the incident has been passed on to the police.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A man has died following a fire in a flat in Polwarth Street, Hyndland. Police were notified of the fire around 6.30am on Friday, April 26, 2024.
"The fire is not suspicious."
