A Glasgow restaurant is set to temporarily close to undergo an exciting refurbishment.
Ristorante Pieno on Hope Street in the city centre will shut from Sunday, July 7 until Sunday, July 28.
The Italian eatery revealed it will be closing to allow upgrade works to its bar, seating area, and kitchen.
Until the venue closes in the summer to allow the work, it will be open for business as usual.
Announcing the news on social media, the venue said: "We are having a glow up.
"Pieno will be closing from Sunday, July 7 until Sunday, July 28 for some upgrade work to our bar, seating area, and kitchen.
"We wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible and have already closed off bookings on these days.
"But until then, it’s business as usual."
