Two people have been charged after an incident 'involving a crossbow' in a Glasgow street.
Officers were called to Kenmure Street in the city's Pollokshields at around 4pm on Monday.
They were responding to a report of an alleged disturbance.
A man and woman were arrested and the force has revealed that they have since been charged in connection with the alleged incident.
Both were due in court on Tuesday, May 7.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 44-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance in Kenmure Street, Glasgow that police were called to around 4.05pm on Monday, May 6, 2024.
"They were due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
"No one else was injured as a result of this incident."
