A major retailer is set to temporarily close its Glasgow store until the end of the year.
Nike will shut its store on Buchanan Street in the city centre on Sunday, May 12 - according to a sign on the shop's door.
However, the leading clothing brand will reopen its 'new' store on the city's main shopping street in December 2024.
The sign on the door said: "Nike Glasgow is closing.
"Last trading day May 12, 2024.
"New store to open in December 2024."

It comes after we reported the retailer previously submitted plans to transform its Scottish flagship shop to bring a new shopping experience to the store.
In total, three separate planning applications were submitted to Glasgow City Council from the brand.
One was for displaying signage, another was for external alterations to the store, and the third was for internal and external alterations to the unit.
Each of the proposals was submitted on Friday, December 22, 2023.
They were all approved by the local authority on Friday, April 26, 2024.
Nike has been contacted for comment.
