A walk to remember loved ones lost to suicide will take place in Glasgow early on Saturday morning.
The Hydro and the Clyde Arc will be lit up yellow as people wearing the same colour take part in an annual Walk of Hope.
Starting at 4.15am at the Science Centre, the procession represents how darkness is temporary and light will follow as it coincides with dawn breaking.

The event aims to raise funds for Chris’s House, which offers counselling, peer support and holistic therapy. The facility helps people who are in suicidal crisis and others before they reach that point.
Founder Anne Rowan set up Chris’s House in Wishaw in after the death of her son Christopher in 2011 aged 36.
Ann said: “The help is vital. Crisis takes priority and you get an immediate response on the day you phone. If you can’t phone yourself get someone to make the call for you. There is nothing that can’t be resolved. Life is precious.”
The team who Anne describes as “fabulous” also work with grieving families who have lost loved ones.
Anne said: “It is a grenade that lands with a family after suicide.”
Urging people to seek help, Anne said: “Reach out, speak out. There are lots of people there to listen – to be heard is the main thing. You are absolutely not alone.”
People are to meet at the Science Centre at 4am to carry out a five kilometre route. Afterwards coffee and tea are available and there is a memory tent where people can place a photo of a loved one lost to suicide.

Councillor Kevin Lalley will speak during the event.
Kevin said: “I am delighted to offer Chris’s House my support. This organisation has been a ray of light and hope to many and will continue to be that for many years. The magnificent turnout every year is a testament to the great work that Chris’s House does and I hope to continue working with them to build on the vision that Anne and the many volunteers have for the future.”
The charity’s Centre for Help, Response and Intervention Surrounding Suicide (CHRIS’S) is the first 24 hour, non-medical crisis centre in Scotland offering integrated support.
