Police are preparing a plan as Celtic fans are expected to gather at Glasgow Green ahead of the Scottish Cup final.
Fan group the Green Brigade previously revealed plans for supporters to meet at the East End park before kick-off on Saturday, May 25.
The fans are then expected to march from the East End to Hampden stadium where Celtic face Rangers in the cup final.
With plans circulating, the force has confirmed that they will have a plan in place and are working with partners.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Working with our partners, we will have a proportionate policing plan in place.”
A video on the North Curve Celtic X page announced the plans on Monday with a 'Tims in the Park 2' logo.
It comes after fans met at Glasgow Green last year before the final against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Meanwhile, Rangers fan groups do not appear to have revealed any plans for a pre-match gathering yet.
