UPDATE: Anthony McCallum has been traced safe and well.
An urgent search is underway for a vulnerable Glasgow man following his 'out of character' disappearance.
Anthony McCallum, from Balornock, was last seen at 1.50pm on Wednesday, May 22.
The 66-year-old was sighted on Gibson Street in the Kelvinbridge area of the West End.
He is described as white, around 5 feet 6 inches tall, stocky to medium build, grey straggling long hair, bushy beard and may be wearing glasses.
Anthony was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, blue denim jeans, a grey and black knitted jumper and a blue fedora hat.
Sergeant Dean Shankie said “It is out of character for Anthony to be missing for this length of time. It is important that we trace Anthony as soon as possible to confirm his wellbeing.
"If anyone has seen Anthony or has any information or knowledge as to his whereabouts, please contact the police as a matter of urgency”.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police by calling 101, quoting incident number 1992 of May 22, 2024.
