The death of a man who was found injured in a Glasgow street is not being treated as suspicious, police say.
We previously reported that officers were called to William Street in the city's Anderston on Friday night.
The man was found to be seriously injured and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A probe had been launched into the circumstances of his death, and officers have now said they do not believe there to be any suspicious circumstances.
A report is being sent to the procurator fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a man having been found seriously injured in the William Street area of Glasgow around 11.50pm on Friday, May 24, 2024.
“Emergency services attended, however, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is being treated as unexplained however there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
