Three people are due in court after heroin worth thousands was found in a police raid of a home.
Officers searched a property under warrant on Wood Crescent in Motherwell on Thursday, May 23.
Heroin with an estimated street value of £20,000 was seized from within.
Two men, aged 18 and 49, and a 42-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with alleged drug offences.
They are due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Friday, June 21, 2024.
Police Sergeant Steven Brown: "Drugs cause misery in our communities and the public has an important role to play in helping Police Scotland target those responsible for the cultivation, supply and sale of illegal substances.
