A man shouted at the police officers who took him to hospital.
On April 17, 2023, Daniel McDougal was at London Road police station after being arrested for a separate matter.
From there, he was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary due to concerns that he swallowed items.
At the A&E waiting room, he had outbursts and consistently challenged the two officers with him.
The 46-year-old said to one cop: “What are you saying? Sounds like you got balls in your mouth.”
She took this to be sexually motivated and designed to embarrass her.
McDougal, with no fixed address, told the other officer: “You sound like you have balls in your mouth and all”.
He was cautioned and charged with making sexual remarks.
At this time, he became aggressive and shouted: “Charging me with a sexual offence? F** you and f**k you".
He added: “See, if I had these cuffs off, I would f**king do you”, “You fat f**king p***k”, “You must be the fattest copper I have ever seen, the only thing you are catching is a cold”, “You are a pair of p***ks, fat p***k and skinny p***k”, “You screws, dafties, pigs”.
He was assisted by medical staff then discharged and taken back to the police station.
He said: “You f**king big d**e”, “You ginger p***k”.

McDougal appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court after he pleaded guilty to behaving aggressively and uttering offensive remarks.
Sheriff Mark McGuire said: "I know he is already on a CPO and he will be there until June.
"There is no point in me imposing more. He is not fit for unpaid work. I don’t see any point in a fine.
"The only disposal available is a restriction of liberty order, do you oppose that in any way?"
His lawyer replied: "No."
McDougal was tagged for four months, requiring him to stay at his home address between 7pm and 7am.
