A 'do not travel' warning has been issued for customers using a Glasgow train service.
TransPennine Express (TPE) is urging customers not to travel between Glasgow Central today (Thursday, May 30).
This is due to disruption to services caused by a derailed freight train on the route.
Kathryn O’Brien, customer experience and transformation director for TPE, said: “We are urging anyone travelling today (Thursday, May 30) across the affected routes to defer their travel or claim a refund.”
Customers with tickets for travel on Thursday, May 30 can claim a full refund or use their tickets to travel on Friday, May 31.
Customers can get refunds and check their services via the TPE website.
Anyone with questions about their journey can tweet TPE at @TPEAssist or WhatsApp on 07812 223 336.
