A fashion giant will take over the former Debenhams unit at Silverburn.
The shopping centre has announced that Zara will be moving into the unit formerly occupied by the retailer in the second half of the year.
The brand will relocate from its current home near Next and Boots to the site in the centre of the building, supporting 200 jobs locally.
Following the move, the shop will become one of the biggest Zaras in Scotland with 47,000 sq ft space over two floors.
This is twice the size of the current store.
Mango and Kingpin Bowling are set to open this summer in the shopping centre as well.

David Pierotti, general manager of Silverburn, said: “This long-awaited announcement ushers in a new chapter for Silverburn and reaffirms our position as a premier destination for brands seeking exceptional spaces to showcase their offerings.
“Silverburn is on a roll, and the team is eager for what's to come. Last year, we achieved a record footfall of over 15 million visitors. With our latest additions and a packed schedule of family-friendly events, 2024 is set to be another fantastic year.”
