A long-established pub trading for over 50 years has gone up for sale.
The Woodcutter Bar in Motherwell has entered the market with an asking price of £150,000.
It is described as a 'long-established' pub in the community, with the current owner in place since 2019.
Before that, the establishment was in the same family for half a century.
A new owner will be taking on a wet-only premises with a beer garden to the rear of the pub, and the owner may be willing to lease to an experienced operator.
The sale of the property is being managed by the Scottish Business Agency.
