Drugs worth thousands were found following concerns about 'dealing' in north Glasgow.
Officers say were made aware of community concerns around alleged drug dealing and misuse in the Claypits nature reserve area of the city.
A male was searched by cops from Maryhill on June 5 and the force says he was found in possession of £8000 worth of controlled drugs.
A 19-year-old man has been charged and reported to the procurator fiscal.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Responding to community concerns around drug dealing & misuse in the Claypits area of North Glasgow, on 5th June 2024 local officers from Maryhill searched a male in possession of £8000 of controlled drugs. A 19-year-old man has been charged & reported to the PF."
