A Glasgow pub popular with celebrities has revealed an opening date for its new location.

Wunderbar - which is located on Buchanan Street in the city centre - will open its second venue in the West End on Thursday, June 13, at 5pm.

We previously reported that the new bar will be situated on Dumbarton Road.

The venue - which has been visited by footballers including John McGinn, Billy Gilmour, Adam Idah, Mikey Johnston, and Matt O'Riley - originally launched in the city in 2022. 

On top of footy stars, the pub has also been visited by many other famous faces including American rapper Post Malone.

It is known as being a beer hall and cocktail bar.

In an Instagram post, the venue said: "The wait is finally over.

"Wunderbar West End launches Thursday, June 13, at 5pm, and you're all invited."
