The Orb in Bellshill has been put on the market after being in the same family for almost 50 years.
It is listed for offers over £325,000.
The watering hole has an established local reputation and a claim to fame, having appeared in T2 Trainspotting, the sequel to the 1996 Danny Boyle classic.
It is being managed by Smith & Clough business associates who say the site is an 'impressive' traditional public bar with a pool table.
It is located on a large site with a prominent main street location and has a function room on its first floor.
