Two people were allegedly caught with weapons in Glasgow over the weekend.
Officers working in the city's North at the weekend have arrested a 15-year-old male in the Springburn area.
A 47-year-old male was also arrested in Ruchill.
Both were arrested in connection with the alleged possession of offensive weapons in public places.
A spokesperson said: "Glasgow North officers continue to utilise proactivity to detect weapon carrying. Over the weekend officers from Maryhill arrested a 15-year-old male in Springburn and a 47-year-old male in Ruchill for possession of offensive weapons in public places."
