A hunt has been launched for two masked youths after a 'reckless' hit and run in Glasgow.
The incident took place on Glenkirk Drive in the city's Drumchapel at around 4.30pm on Monday, June 17.
During the crash, police say a 76-year-old man was struck by a small electric motorbike which was being ridden by two boys wearing balaclavas.
999 crews rushed to the scene.
Following that, the pensioner was checked over by paramedics.
Now, cops are appealing for information on the 'reckless incident'.
Constable John O’Hara from Road Policing said: “This reckless incident took place in broad daylight in a residential area and we are appealing to anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
“We would be particularly keen to hear from anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the surrounding area as this could be crucial to our investigation.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2426 of Monday, June 17, 2024.”
