An airline has announced the return of its winter flights to a popular destination from Glasgow Airport.

Jet2 and Jet2CityBreaks have revealed details of their 'once-in-a-lifetime' trips to Iceland for Winter 2025/2026.

The programme will see the travel firm operate two weekly services - on a Wednesday and Sunday - from October 8 until October 26 in 2025.

On top of that, there will be a further two trips operating from Glasgow Airport over the February half-term in 2026, including a four-night trip on February 4 and a three-night trip on February 8.

According to Jet2, these trips are 'perfectly timed' for anyone wanting to see the 'spectacular Northern Lights'.

As part of the trips, customers can pick from flight-only or package holiday options, with package options being available through Jet2CityBreaks.

The package options include a guided Northern Lights Tour, flights with Jet2.com, and the choice of 3 and 4-star hotels in central Reykjavik.

In addition, a choice of excursions to the South Shore, Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon are also available to purchase.
