UPDATE: The incident has been cleared.
Glasgow rush-hour traffic is being disrupted by an incident on the M80.
A collision took place at around 6.40am on the M80 southbound towards Glasgow near junction 4a Low Wood interchange.
Emergency services are on the scene now and one lane is blocked.
Traffic Scotland reports delays of around 20 minutes as of 8am on Wednesday.
The Scottish Ambulance Service said they were not called to the incident.
Police Scotland has been contacted.
