A woman has died after being found 'seriously injured' in a Glasgow property.
Police say they were called to a report of a woman who was allegedly found injured within a home on Tummel Street in Riddrie.
The force received a report of the incident shortly after 7.30pm on Thursday, June 27.
999 crews rushed to the scene, however, the 36-year-old woman was pronounced dead.
Following it, cops have revealed they are treating the death as suspicious.
Meanwhile, a 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an alleged assault.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Police received a report of a woman found seriously injured within a property on Tummel Street, Riddrie, Glasgow, around 7.40pm on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
"Emergency services attended, however, the 36-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The death is being treated as suspicious and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances."
