Planners are set to decide on an application to create a new Starbucks and Greggs in East Renfrewshire.
Proposals were submitted last month to turn the former Zyka restaurant premises on Greenlaw Place in Newton Mearns into the coffee and bakery outlets.
The proposed alterations and subdivision of the existing unit into two separate units would include the formation of new entrance doors, an outdoor seating area and other minor ancillary external works.
The proposed Greggs would have seating for 26 customers.
