A man is due in court following multiple 'sneak-in' thefts in a community.
The 45-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with trying to steal a car and numerous thefts in the Hamilton area.
These alleged incidents are said to have taken place on Saturday, June 29.
Meanwhile, a 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with several attempted theft offences and possession of a weapon in the Stonehouse area.
Reports have been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and both men were expected to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday, July 3.
