A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We have received a report and enquiries are at an early stage."
The Glasgow Times has contacted Rangers for comment.
New Edmiston House opened in July 2023 as a Rangers museum and event space and also hosts a two-storey club gift shop.
We reported earlier this week that the venue plans to host watch party events for all the club's pre-season friendlies.
For a £3 entry fee, supporters can enjoy the fixtures against Manchester United and Union Berlin on "big screens with our state-of-the-art sound system".
