The offences took place in July 2021 and April 2022.
Following the sentencing, Detective Inspector Danny Clark said: “Mubiala took advantage of two women known to him and now faces the consequences of his despicable actions.
“I hope the sentence provides his victims with some form of justice and allows then to move forward with their lives.
“I would encourage anyone who has been the victim of a sexual crime, regardless of when it happened, to report it to police in confidence.
“Please be reassured that we will do all we can to bring those responsible for this kind of crime to justice.”
