A man was rushed to hospital after an 'incident' on a busy Rutherglen street.
We reported how 999 crews swooped on Main Street in the town at around 5.55pm on Monday, July 8.
Now, the force has revealed they were called to a report of a man allegedly being assaulted at a premises in the area.

The man was treated at the scene and then taken to hospital for treatment.
Following that, police say he was arrested in connection with another matter.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
During the incident, in pictures captured by the Glasgow Times, several police units and an ambulance were spotted on the street.
Meanwhile, a source said there were 'loads of polis' in the area.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We received a report a man had been assaulted at a premises on Main Street, Rutherglen, around 5.55pm on Monday, July 8, 2024.
“Emergency services attended and he was treated at the scene and taken to hospital for treatment.
“He was subsequently arrested in connection with another matter and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
