Upgrade works are set to begin on a busy Glasgow road as drivers are being warned to 'expect delays'.

Glasgow City Council says Scottish Water upgrade works will take place on Robroyston Road between Olive Street and Louden Hill Road in the city's North from Monday, July 15 until Friday, September 13.

During it, the local authority says temporary traffic light signals will be in place on the road.

Ahead of the work, the council is warning motorists they may face delays in the area.
